My mom and niece were visiting from California this past week. I always love when I get to see my family and it has been way too long since I have seen my mom. We fit a ton into their visit and I have so many memories to share but sitting here today on the East Coast I am sad and missing my mom. It will pass, daily life will take over and I have to remember
"you may be far away, but we share the same sky, the same sun and moon...every time I look at them I think of you"

This is so beautiful! I know it's hard living far from family (story of my life! haha) I am glad you got to spend some time with your mom and niece. It sounds like it was a great visit!
